ORDER & SHIPPING

How do I place an order?

Choose the items and desired quantity in the shipping cart. You will be invited to log in or check out as a guest. Please provide a precise shipping address including city, state/province, and Zipcode/Postal Code.
La Verne accepts to pay the total amount with Visa, Master, or Paypal.

How can I track my orders?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number will be given to you after the receipt is given from the post office.

How can I cancel my order?

You will be able to make a payment or cancel the order in your shopping cart. Please note that orders can only be canceled before they have shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after an order is placed. It will take three (3) to ten (10) business days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received. If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

What is your shipping policy?

The flat-rate Shipping & Handling fee ($8.00 U.S. and Canada) will be charged under $35.00 per order. For any order more than $35, La Verne offers free standard shipping in the U.S.A and Canada.

PayPal: Please note you will be charged upon order submission.

How do I make payments using Paypal? How does it work?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in the correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, payment advice will be automatically generated to the lavernecosmetics.com system for your order. It’s fast, easy & secure.

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?

Yes. Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal. By using Paypal, we can process your orders faster. RETURN & EXCHANGE

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@lavernecosmetics.com. We accept returns within 15 days of your purchase. We only accept returns of unused products. We will issue a refund to your credit card or Paypal account.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS

If the product(s) received do not comply with your order or arrive damaged by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at info@lavernecosmetics.com with photos. The carrier will be notified and the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.

To return merchandise to La Verne, please follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Please email us at info@lavernecosmetics.com to receive your Return Authorization number.

Step 2: Ship your package to the return address below. Be sure to include your RA number on your package and your Return Form.

If you received a FREE product, sample, or gift with your purchase, it must be included with your returns to be refunded in the original form of payment.

Step 3: Place your merchandise in the original shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, please use a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Place the return label from us. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

*If items are defective or damaged, the return is free. If the customer changes their mind, we deduct return postage fees from the refund amount.

Your return shipping via Canada Post/USPS will take 5 to 10 business days to arrive at our facility. Upon receipt, it will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Please note: Only products purchased on www.lavernecosmetics.com may be returned for a refund.

I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it to receive the discount?

If you have a La Verne coupon code, you can apply it to your online order. To do so, enter your coupon code in the corresponding box on your checkout page.
